Project

The project is based on a new invention and development. The important part of the invention is a completely new material, technology, and the production line which is helped by environmentally friendly methods and economy much more than the other types of today. We can manufacture a much better battery grid and therefore a much better battery, which last longer, and works more safely. 

In other modern batteries the corrosion and the everyday use has the effect of mass peeling. That is the reason, while they last only about 3 years. 

Thanks to the new material this problem is solved and the new battery life last four times longer. According the new invention in the new battery the grids are much thinner, and in this way we have much more active surface. In the same size of box we can produce many times more energy. At the same time the battery’s recharging time is radically deduced and the amount of recharging energy is increased. Apart from this the large active surface guarantees reliability and ensures successful sure starting at extreme low temperatures. So compare to the other modern batteries it can last three times longer, ensures a perfect mass holding ability and much higher capacity. Because the new material and the mechanism, a battery similar to this does not exist in the world.  

New multiple purpose battery

The battery, which is produced with this process, we use these very thin, new material with new geometrical lead plates, contains:

  • Completely independent of alloys. It could be even up to 99.99% pure lead grid.
  • Starting with 0.15mm, the grid can be made to any required thickness.
  • At whatever geometry, the grid has been manufactured to guarantee optimal electrical current and; 
  • In three-dimensional field the grid, and a new solution ensures absolute mass holding ability.
  • Compared to all previous technologies, using this new manufacturing process, the cost of production is greatly reduced, while the machinery line yields a much higher output and profit.
  • Substantially less energy and manpower is required for the production of the grids. Insures significant production cost savings.
  • Consistent and increased conformity with environmental global requirements.
  • Much more powerful
  • Long, even vehicle lifetime duration (20 – 40 years +)
  • Has a cold-start ability down to – 40°C
  • Has very fast recharge ability 
  • No loss of electrical charge
  • Substantially increased reliability
  • No internal corrosion due to pure (new alloy) lead grids
  • Virtually no lead sublimation during the manufacturing
  • Superior to any lead alloys currently known

Lead pollution is almost entirely eliminated

These batteries were tested University in Hungary and by an independent American institute.  The tests, (even compared to the leading batteries of the world) shows very positive results.

This is the missing battery for the electrical car.

The production and the recycling of the battery is a big problem for the global environment. The international expectations also have directive that says, that the use of lead will be decreased. This battery, by using the new material, fulfils this requirement. With the life of the battery being many times longer, further decreases it. And because does not corrode, so there is no chance of the lead released into the environment.
